All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging/tags attached. If returned items have been tried on and have visible markings (make-up, deodorant, etc), they will not be accepted as a return, and the items will be sent back to you.
Sale/clearance items are are final sales, and not eligible for return.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
To process the return, please e-mail email@example.com for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. You will receive the return authorization e-mail within 24 hours. Please print the e-mail, pack your items to be returned, and send your items back to us with the printed e-mail. You may send packages back using the most economical method of your choice. Please note the tracking number on your package, for your records.
Once your package is received, please allow 2 business days for return processing. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your return is processed. We refund returns within 10 days of processing. It may take up to 10 days for your bank/credit card to credit your account.
Refunds will be applied to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if the buyer changes his/her mind, or the buyer refuses delivery.
